Film Extrusion

• Film making capabilities include processing of PE and PVC based films.
• Blown PE films are multi-layered structures with excellent barrier and sealing properties suitable for printing and lamination. PVC films are heat shrink grade suitable for label printing and Shrink Sleeve Labels.
• In-house Films production helps us to ensure strict quality control and flexibility to cater most challenging applications.

Printing

• Printing capabilities include Rotogravure and Flexographic enabling us to cater to several needs of the market for package print demands.
• The selection of printing technology for a particular package print primarily based on substrate, run length, halftone/line job among other things.
• ARC, Turn-bar, turret type auto-spicing are standard features on all our printing lines.

Lamination & Coating

• Lamination capabilities include adhesive lamination (both wet/dry solvent based and solvent less) and extrusion lamination. Equipment’s are designed for application of technical coatings like Heat Seal, Cold Seal UV Lacquer, etc.
• Wide variety of Lamination techniques and structures enable us to ensure the right solution for any product package needs.
• Our Lamination processes are designed in Clean-room environment of Class 1,00,000 for critical applications in food and pharma that require highest level of hygiene.

Converting & finishing

• Processing of printed/laminated/coated materials to useful packaging formats like FFS rolls, preformed pouches/bags, film/foil lids, pharma blisters, shrink sleeve labels, IML labels.
• Capabilities include bag making, roll slitting, laser scoring, die cutting, and sleeve gluing/cutting.
